We do not sell lists of our clients or any information about them. We do not share any information about our clients with anyone other than those who have a legal right to collect such information for the purpose of transacting investment or insurance business with the full understanding and written approval of each of our clients, except as permitted by law.

Our employees are required to follow procedures with respect to maintaining the confidentiality of our investors' non-public information. Additionally, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information.
